1/3 cup black beans (rinse em)
1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder (or more)
1/2 banana
Splash of any milk
2 spoonfuls yogurt
Spoonful of PB or nut butter
Some frozen cherries
A date or two
Dash of cinnamon
Lil bit of sea salt
A lil agave or maple syrup if u desire
